Beneficiaries: Small project proposal financing for partner organization, associations, parish communities, parish and Diocesan Caritas’s and persons. Beneficiaries are sending project applications on public tender. Every fiscal year new beneficiaries are selected.
Project duration:Project implementation is held in fiscal year cycle.
Second cycle was 2008/2009. On going is third one 2009/2010.
Goal:Solidarity of people in Croatia with Church and people in BiH trough:
Financing of small projects for associations, parishes, and private person in social field with aim of empowering social system in BIH.
Financing of small projects for associations, parishes, and private person in educational field.
Financing of small projects for associations, parishes, and private person for development of small business.
Empowering Caritas structures.
Scope of work: Public tendering for associations, nongovernmental organizations, parish communities and private persons for project applications on social, educative and small enterprise development. Expert commission is selecting project application that is financed in accordance to available cycle budget (money collected in Croatia). During project implementation coordinator is holding monitoring and evaluation activities and filming activities. Structural project of Caritas are financed in accordance to decision of Caritas Managing Board.

Filmed short documentary movie about projects
Final report prepared and send to donor
August 2009 – summer voluntary school in Luznica, Croatia was organized for 50 volunteers from BIH and Croatia

Public tender open and selected 38 project partners for financing
Monitoring of project implementation
Planning to organize intervene fund for special needs
Summer school is planed to be held in BIH in 2010
