COATNET
Since 2005, Caritas BKBiH has been a member of COATNET's international network of Christian organizations that fight against women trafficking, established on 1 1 2004 under the auspices of Caritas Europe. The members of this organization are the national coordinators of organizations dealing with human trafficking and working on prevention, protection, reintegration and advocacy. COATNET goal is actually the exchange of good practices, promotion of joint prevention activities, and assisting women victims of trafficking. Today it brings together representatives from North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia and soon the members from other regions will join this organization, and therefore COATNET will include all seven regions of the CI. Caritas BKBiH participated in the conferences organized by COATNET for four times: 2005 in Rome, 2006 in Berlin, 2007 in Beirut and 2008 in Paris. The meeting in Paris was dedicated to presentation of activities of Caritas and other Christian organizations, working in groups on different topics related to human trafficking and planning activities for 2009. On the occasion of the European Day of the fight against human trafficking, the reception was organized for all participants COATNET in the Palace of Justice in Paris and all-day conference on the topic, which was attended by representatives and government and NGO sector in the UK who deal with this problem, as well as representatives of prosecutors and the court. The special importance for Caritas had contacts with organizations working in the field of prevention, because their experiences and ideas helped us to plan some future activities. CIA meetings - Catholic InterAgency meetings
monthly gathering of Catholic charitable organizations in Sarajevo. This is the referral meeting, where the achievements and plans of each organization are presented, as well as current issues, through thematic lectures. Full members of the CIA are: Caritas Vrhbosna Archdiocese Sarajevo, Bread St. Anthony, the Croatian Catholic charity, not drug, Caritas Switzerland, CRS and Caritas BiH BKBiH. The representatives of ministries and guest lecturers participate in these meetings.

Narko NE- Association for Prevention of youth addiction
is an organization that deals with the prevention of addiction among the youth through educational methods, workshops, networking, social engagement, and strengthening the capacity of students and pupils.
Caritas BKBiH is active in this area through the membership in the Governing Board and the Supervisory Board.

Consulting with local networks and CCI CPCD
the activity on the initiative of networking with local networks. CCI Center for Civic Initiatives and CPCD-center for the promotion of civil society are two networks that are actively engaged in social issues, advocacy and lobbying. In 2008, Caritas participated in roundtables on the topic “Where is the money from the Lottery of Bosnia and Herzegovina” and the “Agreement on Cooperation of the Sarajevo Canton and the civil society” and several meetings-consultations on the topic of the cooperation between the government and the NGO sector.
