Aims: Gathering and networking of businessman who live and work in Bosnia and Herzegovina, businessman born in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as those who work outside the country and businessman from Croatia working in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Report for a year 2007
Business forum is common project Caritas of Bishop’s conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Association of Bosnian Croats „Prsten”, as a continuation of collaboration between Croatia Caritas and Caritas of Bishop’s conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina in a project “Week of solidarity and collectiveness with Church and people in Bosnia and Herzegovina”. Until now the main point was on organized actions of collecting the help.
On November 28th 2007 on a press conference Business forum was presented to the public. On a December 3rd first Business forum was hold in Sarajevo. During one day meeting participants had an opportunity to meet each other, to network business and it was an opportunity for initiative on establishing a better environment for business growth. Declaration fro Forum was signed by all participants. Declaration was addressed to Government of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Report for a year 2008.
Second Business Forum was held on September 19th 2008 in Sarajevo. The aim of this Forum was developing of business with special accent on agriculture, and Microcredit foundation from which would be financed little programs on a credit base. In a same moment would be found the best interest for financing the projects and programs.
Participants on Forum signed the declaration which was presented to Government in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. In a declaration was made an accent on establishment of Microcredit foundation and Agency for developing and supporting business in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as establishing the Ministry of the agriculture on a Bosnia and Herzegovina level. With the establishment and realization of Microcredit foundation would be opened the possibilities for investments and employment what is a condition for returnees and subsistence.
